Upcoming Fundraiser to Support Competitive Commonwealth Fund

Please join us for a fundraiser to support the Competitive Commonwealth Fund (CCF) on Friday, September 29 at 6:30 pm at Frank and Natalie Nguyen Woodruff's home in Fairfax, VA.

The CCF is a Virginia PAC dedicated to recruiting and funding Democratic candidates running in traditional GOP stronghold districts. This year, the CCF has endorsed six Democratic candidates vying to flip seats from red to blue in the Virginia House of Delegates in districts the Virginia Public Access Project has identified as "Strong Republican."

Congressman Gerry Connolly will be the keynote speaker at the fundraiser, and we hope to have a chance to hear from the candidates themselves.

Your support will help us elect Democrats to the Virginia House of Delegates and flip these traditionally Republican seats blue.

Why is this fundraiser important?

The Virginia House of Delegates is currently controlled by Republicans, but Democrats have a chance to flip the House in the 2023 elections. By flipping just a few seats, Democrats could take control of the House and pass important legislation, such as expanding access to healthcare, protecting the environment, and investing in education.

The CCF is playing a critical role in helping Democrats flip seats in the Virginia House of Delegates. The CCF is providing these candidates with the financial resources they need to run competitive campaigns.

How can you help?

Please purchase tickets to the fundraiser and join us on September 29 to support the CCF and help elect Democrats to the Virginia House of Delegates.
